We provide services related to the portfolio management of Institutional Investors Funds within the framework of their independent experts.

The Client (professional, institutional asset managers) entrusts us with the assignment of certain portfolio management tasks to an expert. 

We offer outsourced professional resources in the areas of portfolio management and equity research to enhance specific investment strategies.

The expert works with us in the form of a subcontractor and is also paid directly. The expert does not take any entrepreneurial risk, but is paid in advance in milestones. The expert is self-employed and responsible for his social security contributions in the country where he works. 

An employment relationship is therefore not created by the assignment. We see ourselves merely as a network or pool of specialists from which the institutional client can choose and place an order, according to the expert's qualifications.
